Toothache!

I can out up with most pains but this defeats me. I've been tolerating it for 24 hrs now and have accepted that it is not going to go away on it's own so hopefully the dentists receptionist will pick up my 6 am pleading message for an appointment. Dentists are not my favourite folk. Being a health professional I always struggle to understand why you would choose to forage around in peoples mouths.
